McDougle Technical Institute (MTI) operates a student residence dormitory in order to provide student housing to enrolled Students during specified times of the academic year. MTI grants a license to Students to reside in the assigned space for the semester. MTI reserves the right to provide priority assignments to students who are classified as full-time and are in good standing and whose conduct at MTI has not been determined by MTI to be incompatible with community living.

Student housing is very limited and MTI will not be responsible to provide alternate accommodations if there is not a space available for you.
